See below. You'll still need to have a converter for it to be accurate, but it gives the car a UK look and allows you to get rid of the 112 mph faces that some companies fit on the cheap without having to remove your speedo needle.

This one's needle has been properly re-attached and is accurate. I wa running it in my car for the last year until I managed to get hold of a complete UK speedo, which already has a Uk face (funnily enough!:D)

I paid around £30 delivered for that UK face and more for the complete UK speedo I replaced it with.

Sorry it took so long to get back with answers - I didn't get an Email telling me I had replies.

Is this the clips behind the seats or the ones that attach to the boot with elastic on them?

It's the parts that have the elastic strip to hook onto the blind. They are attached to the boot itself.

Hello Mate,

I'd be interested in the speedo converter.

Cheers,

Pete

If you're still interested then it's still available?

Is the speedo convertor an easy to fit job, or does it invove getting into the wiring loom like some? If there is no loom work involved I'll have 2nd dibs on it for sure:)

Sorry - it's wired into the loom behind the speedo exactly the same as a Thor unit. It's not an epic to fit though so long as you know roughly how to use a soldering iron.

How easy is it to fix the speedo in place? Is it just a simple case of taking the old one out and 'bolting' a new one in?

If so I am deff interested as mine's been converted but will only read to 112

The speedo is simple to get out - Once you've removed the cluster it's just a case of unscrewing some obvious screws at the back and then slotting the new one into place. I've already had interest in the speedo though, but I'll give you first dibbs if it isn't taken.

Where does the folding mirror switch go ?

Does it go down by the gear stick ?

I don't have folding windows, But want to cover a hole i have.

It's designed to fit in the RHS dash panel, so I don't think it'lll fit without some work
