I reckon that's true for anything you do day in day out - so in answer to your question 'yes and no' but often there's more 'yes' than 'no'!!! We socialise outside of work along with our manager and it makes a huge difference to the work environment, if someone is being a complete c*ck you just tell them. I tend to spend most of my time on here, and also messing about in Photoshop and playing games, so its not too bad really.
