The link works fine - it's your interpretation that is a little off. Does the Evora have a roll cage? That's a classification of racing car, as I said before. A grand tourer IMO isn't necessariily a racing car and neither is the Lotus. We can argue this menial detail until we're blue in the face but it's not the point.

A roll cage is an optional extra with the Evora yes... but we're talking the definition of a Grand Tourer here, does it say in that definition that a Grand Tourer has a roll cage? One is required for racing in the FIA GT championship yes, along with a whole host of other things.

When I say GT car I mean a classic grand tourer, i.e. GT coupe. When you say GT car you mean pretty much any car that can race around a track. Mine defines a class of car, yours is a broad definition for a type of racing car.

Fair enough I wasn't exactly specific with my interpretation, I should have said the Evora isn't a GT coupe. Consider my bottom thoroughly slapped Mr Perfection ;)

Wins what?

In making you look like a fish flapping on the river bank, furiously trying to get back into the safety of the water, mouth flapping around, tail wagging.

*gently kicks the fish back in*

Swim on fish, avoid the hooks next time...
