Wing Mirror Question

Car is in the bodyshop at the moment and while taking the wing mirror glass out I noticed that the plastic backing/surround on the glass had started to perish on the drivers side mirror.

 

My question is, if I bought a new bit of glass from toyota would it include the plastic backing/surround?
