SteveL
Thanks sooo much for taking me out Steve. The car is absolutely awsome!!! I can see this getting really expensive for me. Hopefully see you all up at Ace cafe on tuesday. No problem, always great fun to put a smile on someones face! IT was getting a little slippy out there. I reckon you got the best couple of laps in terms of full on driving. I don;t thin k we went around any of the corners without all four wheels drifting somewhere Deffo see you Tuesday.... Also big thanks to Steve for letting my nephew sit in the car for a few pics, he was over the moon. Glad the weather held off for you. No probs mate, when we've got the time its easy to do these things. Yeh, weather held off, there was a couple of light showers which made the circuit even more fun! Loving the sound of the blow off valve on the other Supra, Steve I think I over heard was your name. Bagsy a ride another day if poss. - its just a HKS SSQV mate, but with a lot of boost. It does work hard bless it! We are doing fast laps at Snetterton soon http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=2037368#post2037368

Sounded great, Prob the nicest sounding pair of car's there, There was a shelby cobra style car, Unsure what it was, But that sounded very nice too. monkey3
Was nice to meet you monkey3. I'm Chris, Didn't pick up your name either, Sorry. Russell... nice to meet you and gf So who's was the black one parked next too Monkey3 ? That was a guy called Trev I think. I was talking to him for a while after we left the pits. In fact, he wanted to try to get in the main car park on tuesday if anyone knows his reg and if there are any spaces left. IT was getting a little slippy out there. I reckon you got the best couple of laps in terms of full on driving. I don;t thin k we went around any of the corners without all four wheels drifting somewhere Very well held though. I can't believe how well it handled even though it was damp. As I was saying though I was actually quite surprised that the suspension wasn't as hard as I was expecting. I mean I know it's not all about how stiff it is () but it was actually quite comfortable. But that's probably helped by the great quality of the track surface, just like the great british roads... Oh, and that golf is quite well known apparently. A friend of mine's bosses' budgies' carer knows one of the blokes that has ploughed money into it. It doesn't look much, but it corners quite well
Missile
Russell... nice to meet you and gf She's Alex, Can't go wrong with a GF that loves supras and comes to all the meets and enjoys it without moaning about how hot, cold, boring, loud etc it is. That was a guy called Trev I think. I was talking to him for a while after we left the pits. PS, I've not yet worked out how this quote malarkey works...

Re the ride - you'd be surprised just how good a circuit surface is. If I take the car out on the road with the same settings it'd shake itself to bits within a couple of miles! Even with all the compression/rebound wound off to a road setting it still bounces yer eyeballs

Paul Whiffin
I didn't know you had a camera on board? We'll have to do some proper vid action at the next test, me, you, Ben and Dazza al with camera's on board, should get some good footage then eh! 2nd vid doesn't work. I actually forgot for the first half of the session! Just rigged up my camera to some tie wraps and foam on the rollcage. Gonna get a proper mount but wanted to test out the camera first. Sounds like a plan to get some proper footage at brands next time. 2nd link should be fixed....
