Jamesy W
I came down bad with tonsillitis on Friday, been in bed since 5pm on Friday night. Not ate since either, it's really starting to get on my tats now. Can anyone recommend anything to take? Any help much appreciated, folks
Vicky
ive had it really bad once, nothing much helps apart from drinking lots of water and taking pain killers, feel for you
Jamesy W
I've run out of painkillers so gonna take a drive down to Tesco, I must have popped more pills in the last few days than Ozzy Osbourne did in his day. I was contemplating getting a pair of scissors and lobbing them off but that would probably be unwise
RobSheffield
Perhaps this might be a question for the doctors rather than Mkivsupra.net.

Jamesy W
Perhaps this might be a question for the doctors rather than Mkivsupra.net. I have an emergency appointment tomorrow, moved house a while ago and never got round to re-registering.
RobSheffield
Thats ok then. I started with a sore throat Monday, normally i wait a week and see what happens, then end up off work for a month! Popped to the docs on Tuesday, antibiotics, job done, starting to feel ok today

rob wild
Hi mate i use to suffer pretty bad with this a few years ago, some of the things you could try is gargling with soluble aspirin and using Dequacaine throat tablets they are brilliant cleared it right up for me within a days or so! I tried the crisps thing and after 3 pack of salt and vinegar square it was still sore as hell, got some Halls Max Strength antibacterial lozenges, took one of these with 2 Nurofen express capsules. Starting to feel a lot better. Still talking like a bit of a berk though
