Her mate walked in and put down a pack of Marlboro on the table, and then dumped her Asthma pump right next to it. Does anyone else think I was out of line by accidentally calling her an idiot out loud - I was supposed to be thinking it, but it just came out... My neighbours friend, female 56, smoker had a heart attack about 6 weeks ago and had a valve replaced - saw her yesterday, out the back of neighbours house having a smoke.
