Isn't the sole responsibility of a Judge to make a decision based on facts and evidence? Would the same thing happen if someone was in court for mass murder and the judge asked to see the crime scene - probably affecting her decision and the outcome of the case(I dont think so) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
