jon5698
I really hope that you make it through thunder road mate, you have got to be well past the known limits of the engine now. Do you know of any other supras running as much boost on stock internals? I think you should stick your bullet cam under your bonnet, as if it lets go it will be spectacular

Id like to avoid a popped engine tbh, would mean all new oil lines and coolers.

tooquicktostop
Very impressive and a great read, just shows what a well maintained and well set up car will actually do, it also highlights the poor workmanship in some singles that have demonstrated bad reliability on built engines at 2/3 of this power level
JamieP
Just been talking with MVP, i have decided to go with a billet 76mm, should be here in about a week. New turbo is a bit of a mouthfull:D PTB655-7675 B - CEA 76 HPS, ported H cover, T4 .81, dual ceramic BB
Rob_Mitchell
true- i think the balance needs to be perfect, obviously ryan is a genius when it comes to the mapping, and the supporting mods your using are the best around. i know everyone has there own way of doing things but whats a estimated price to go single and get to this spec i.e- running perfect, 12-13k?? JamieP
you got a pic of the turbo jamie? This is a billet 76, this one has a bigger .ar (hot side) than i have gone with though, mine will spool quicker.

MarkR
...whats a estimated price to go single and get to this spec i.e- running perfect, 12-13k?? More than that. If you take into account that all the spares have delivery tacked on, plus then fitting and mapping you're lucky to get away with double that. I was already into the mid teens and Jamie has spent far more time mapping and trialling parts to get the perfect mix.
