Stonkin
Jamie, thanks very much for the kind words. Was great to finally see your car, its fantastic, absolutely love the dash Made slightly slower progress today than i'd hoped, but, the car has to look right or it will bug me Front bumper and spoiler to do tomorrow, then its glazing by hand and waxing, the best bit Wheels to be polished and probably wont resist a tidy up in the engine bay. Have resisted looking there yet See you in the morning mate.
Tee from China
Jamie, how much have you spent now as all your costings from the beginning of the thread have disappeared?

He is going to be posting up a full detail thread on Detailing world and ill Copy it over here when its done. I can highly recommend Christian, Truly Stunning workmanship, ive never seen any car look as clean:cool: New coil over kit is sitting a little high at the front but ill sort that when it goes for a geo setup soon:) Edited February 15, 2009 by JamieP (see edit history)

I think you might regret selling them wheels, they are stunning (although they'll be a nice addition to Luis car)

SteveR
Looks spot on mate. When I get mine resprayed I hope to macth the quality you've got going on there. What's the score with the funky new carbon lip, is the photo misleading or is it coming away very slightly along the leading edge (looking at that last picture)? JamieP
Yeah carbon lip needs sticking down again, think the jetwash lifted it a tad. no biggie its just a double sided sticky pad. Christian is still up the farm working on the car, he has put some serious hours into this:blink:

j_jza80
The rest of the car looks like it's brand new, it'd definatley look better with one of those stubby ones (Or having the ariel removed and the hold in the wing welded and painted, although that might be a little extreme!) JamieP
Yeah stubby one would be nice as long as it worked well, i like listening to the radio. Somebody needs to make a bolt on stubby kit.
