and the intake temps are cool now then? :) was it electrical in the end?

Yea intake temps have been all good for ages now, that was just a tweek of the map to bring them down, it was something to do with when the 02 feedback was enabled.

Just got back from the dyno, very happy with the difference the Greddy intake manifold has made.

At less boost the car made an extra 35 RWHP and spooled a tad better low down, Ftlb is down a tad but that is only due to the boost drop, boost had to be dropped as its on the limit of the stock fuel system now.

You guessed the next mod;)

Its now at 495rwhp = 583bhp fly, ill upload a graph later.

Feels Good:d

Is that the only mod you've done since it was last dyno'd? If so thats well worth it.

What size injectors are you running then? Or do you mean the stock fuel rail?

Yea its the only engine mod since the last dyno.

Its at 89% DC now, complete stock fuel system except for bosch 044 and 800cc drop in injectors.

Feel free to give me a price on a uprated fuel system less the pumps mate, ill sell my injectors on and keep the pump i have.

Thats a good gain then.

Really? Have you removed the fuel pulsation dampener? Steve L's car runs the same inj and pump setup as yours with a GT4088R and 1.7 bar, no probs with fuel. Something's up there?

Fuel pulsation dampener is still in, rekon it will make a difference removing it? ive read different things. SteveL on stock lines, FPR and rail still?

Should do yes, its a cheap mod, got them in stock of course. We do it on every single turbo'd car, definately noticed a different when we first tested in years back. Steve L is on stock lines, 1 Bosch pump, Aeromotive and stock rail, so is Ben running 1.7 bar with a PHR stage 2. Done loads of T88\T51's running 1.5 bar with the same setup to.

Unless the increased air required for the inlet is doing it?

Graph looks really good Jamie, nice to see the manifold makes a good difference.

We did talk about the pulsation damper being a restriction but wanted to leave it in to see where the limit would be. If we can change that next on its own would give us a good indication of how much difference it makes and also wheather there is any need to go further with the fuel system.

Great job again Ryan

The other thing is what fuel pressure is it running?

Stock FPR has never been touched, lets try the removing the fuel pulsation damper first, if i remove that and get to put the boost back up and get 600bhp with the same spool i have now ill be a happy man.

Sounds like a plan;)

We do need to check that fuel pressure next time its on the dyno though, not sure where the limit of the stock pressure reg is but we will find it. :)

I am interested in this as well since I am also running the stock reg :)
