nickball75 Posted July 8, 2008 Share Posted July 8, 2008 Hello, I ripped out the amp/sub install that was in my boot last night and disconected it all. But, I forgot to disconnect the battery and now, the clock does not work. The internal over head lights dont work and the odometer resets every time you restart the engine. Have I caused some short somewhere causing fuses to blow? I didnt notice and wires/cables that would be have been connected to any of this so Im guessing Ive caused a short. Are these items on the same fuse possibly. Any suggestions would be helpfull or i'll have to get my electrics man to have a look. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Missile Posted July 8, 2008 Share Posted July 8, 2008 (edited) Pop your head in the fuse box and check to see if you have blown any. Quite easy to see if any are gone. Might well be a fuse. I blew my cig lighter fuse and was suprised how much is running through that fuse...
