Gazboy
I looked for months for a car like this and gave up, the very few that did come up for sale were sold the very instant they were advertised, all for around £16,000.

dannysupratt
What have you got running your boost by the way mark?
ADL Mark
Nothing at the moment, it's running 1bar after a decat and that's fairly stable, sometimes see it creep to 1.1-1.15bar on a cold day and with a long in gear-pull.
dannysupratt
You got a good power figure then considering the boost its running.
Branners
any reason why it has to be a manual? The auto on the mkiv is an exceptional box. I had a UK spec 6sp and I have just changed to a j-spec auto as I prefer it. good luck in your search.
TRD DAN
ive allways preferred manual in cars for whatever reason i would never buy an auto
ADL Mark
Yes, very good, I was very suprised. It's running a stock IC as well, albeit I replaced it with one in better condition than my standard one. I've got a water injection kit to fit then want to see what she'll do at 1.2-1.4 bar on the dyno. Just out of interest Anyway, sorry TRD DAN, didn't mean to hijack your thread! j_jza80
ive allways preferred manual in cars for whatever reason i would never buy an auto If you're into your sports cars, you probably won't have much choice in the not too distant future. More and more are being brought out with clever auto / automatic manual gearboxes.

Branners
Strictly speaking this should be in the WANTED section. You need to be a full member to post in there so I would consider taking a look at the various payment options if you plan on bumping this thread too often.
