jamesmark
When is it on Bravo? Or have I missed it?
Jamesy W
It was on last night mate, 3 in the morning. I think Setanta have bought the rights to it now so Bravo is probably out the window now.

Jamesy W
Yes mate but have a look for Koscheck Vs Lytle, what a fight that was!
jamesmark
Sme card? As going for the full show or was that one of the build up fights before the min ones?
Jamesy W
It's on the same card buddy, it was on two fights before the main bout. I fell asleep during the penultimate fight then woke up at the start of the Jackson fight.

Jake
Needed a strong stomach for the Koscheck Vs Lytle fight. :barf: It was an OK card. I've seen much better TBH. The result of the main event was a surprise I thought.

I was surprised at the main event too, just did not see that coming.
Jake
I've been watching UFC for a while now, at least 3 years, and I can;t remember a fight ever being stopped for cuts no matter how bad they were, unless the fighter said no when asked by the doctor if he wanted to continue. Did you hear what Joe Rogan said when describing the cut over matey's right eye?
Jamesy W
I'm a relative noob, only really got into it over a year ago. I would be lying if I said I could remember what Joe Rogan said though ? The only stoppage I can recall off the top of my head was a Kalib Sterns fight, he caught a knee right in the middle of his forehead, split him right open. When it got to the end of the round the camera man zoomed in just as the doctor was examining him and there it was....his skull Crazy bandit wanted to keep fighting but they wouldn't let him. Jake
I would be lying if I said I could remember what Joe Rogan said though ? Mike Goldberg was trying to compare Lytle's cut to the one Marvin Eastman got in the Vitor Belfour fight at UFC46. Joe Rogan said that the Marvin Eastman one was like "a goat's vagina"

Jake
Whoops. Just checked, it was actually UFC43, not 46 as I said earlier. Sorry.

jamesmark
The following is based on my opinions as a new UFC fan that has not really followed it till recently, so cannot judge on past events. Just finished watching UFC 86. WOW what a night some great fights. Massive respect to Lytle if only the recent Amir Khan fight was allowed to continue like that. As for Jackson Vs Griffin, I really enjoyed the fight although a few places I felt both fighters could have applied more. I got the feeling (especially from Jackson) that they were wanting the fight to go to the score cards. I was rooting for Griffin throughout the fight (based on past Chuck Liddel fights) however post fight comments, again massive respect to both fighters and respect to Jackson for his honest and humble replies.
