The Apexi ITC (Ignition Timing Controller) is apparently discontinued, but a few places in the states still list them, and they turn up on Ebay as well.

The Apexi blah blah Commander (NOT the SAFC) can also adjust timing I think, as can the Greddy E-Manage. I guess you would use a rolling road to set them up, but they are designed to adjust timing as a turbo comes on boost, not as a nitrous hit takes effect. Nitrous controllers are available which also retard timing, you might want to look into them.

I have a pic and basic information here

It has been discontinued, but I belive Terry used to have one.

The APEXi PowerFC does allow ignition control, but I don't think it's available for the Supra.

I would use the Jacobs Nitrous Master Mind if I was going for NAAWWWSS!!! :p
