Air vent whistles.

I’ve got a 1994 UK Spec Twin Turbo Supra, and when I get to about 100mhp the middle air vent on the dash next to the clock starts to whistle. It sounds like it’s not open properly but its open as far it goes and it sounds horrible. Has anyone else ever experienced this or know how to stop this happening. Any suggestions would be great.

Welcome to the club :)

The most likely cause is that the air supply tube (behind the dash) is not fully sealing with the vent on the dash panel itself. Get the dash panel off and make sure the vent tube is not split. If all fails, then wrap a bit of tape around the outside to seal it better (Duct tape works well)
