Dyer864
Yest. and this morn driving around , cars been driving oddly! start up from cold usually revs up to 2000rpm and works its way down, but for the last 2 day's reving upto 1500 and feeling a bit sickily ! but then i noticed driving all this time , the fan is constantly on in the engine . any idea why this is, or is it the norm ? :search:
ManwithSupra
The Fan always rotates as its clutch driven, however if the clutch on the fan is not working properly it may be fully engaged all the time, switch the engine off and see if you can push the fan around with your hand and see if it rotates freely (freely i mean it does not stop as soon as you stop pushing it.. it slows down quick but not immediatly) I know that fully engaged fans can cause the engine to run a bit lumpy on idle so i would check this first.
