E-manage blue settings

Hello.. This is my first thread.. New member today :o)

 

I`ve been looking around trying to find an answer to why my j-spes Supra TT -94 auto wont work with my e-manage blue.. There is one thread that tells me to put the swiches to 7 2 4

It`s set to 7 4 0 now and when I tryed to start the car rush petrol in the exaust and ran like s**t.. Whith the ignition on it cliques if I remove the contact from the injectors.. + they get very hot.. That aint right..

 

Spes:

Singel turbo GT45

euro 550cc injectors

resistor pack

Greddy Profec E01

Greddy E-manage blue

Greddy 1,2 headgasket

Aem WB

IC 3"piping

4" to 3" exaust

 

Please Help.....

If you have Euro/UK/USA spec 550 injectors on a Jspec you need a resistor pack. The import uses high impedence injectors and the Euro ones are low impedence. Euro-spec cars come with a resistor pack for this reason. Don't run the Euro ones without a resistor pack, you will do damage!

If you have an aftermarket FPR, what pressure is the fuel system at?

 

If you're able can you send me your EMB map: homer at mkivsupra.net

 

I'll post it here for the pro's to take a look

 

I run "stock" fuel system but whith 550cc..

Map by my Profec E01 so I cant send it to you..

 

 

Im very grateful for all ideas about my problem..

If the injectors are getting hot, it does sound like they are are the wrong impedance, are they Toyota of aftermarket?

This is taken from mohdparts site.. But thats for a euro spec

 

Still got the problem whith my injectors getting hot and klicks when the ignition is on but not runing

Measure the current an injector is drawing, sounds like it doesn't like the injector impedance to me. is the resistor box wired up correctly? that's about as far as i can go as I don't know anything about the Emanage, and don't really want to :) Too many cries of trouble with it for my liking.
