Big fan of this Island (not the Chavos part mind you) I very much enjoyed Skiathos last year, but it's this Island I keep coming back to. I always enjoy reading CJ's posts, so maybe pop over to Kos one day too? So a few snaps then. Stayed in Kalami in the North East and did the usual hire-car round the place thing. Hired a boat for a day too. The view from our apartment. It was ok. and to the right. Kalami Beach was pretty quiet. Perfect... Elliot. A very happy boy My lovely Hannah. And that's our little boat moored in Kerasia. Elliot on the p1ss again. A slightly bigger boat, with views of Albania off to the right. Heading south along the coast toward Nissaki. He couldn't wait, so he swam ahead. Nice isn't it? The water. Our roof top pool. And finally a fat man with Elliot- Don't know who he was, but nice enough fella to pose with the boy. I've done the organised beach bar-be-cue boat trips before, which surprisingly I like a lot, but I really do recommend hiring a boat for a day. You do see the island in a different way. Safely Insured Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 (not the Chavos part mind you) Nice pics.. brings back some nicer memories of northern corfu and reminds by my upcoming holiday in Thassos I made the mistake of going to Kavos... I'm a lover of Greek Islands and most things Greek. For some reason my partner and I ended up in Kavos for a week and it was god awful.
