Gerry
Good skills! I also wish I had time for a project..... its sat in the garage waiting You will love it, I had two Westys for about ten years. Great on the twisties ! What engine have you got, both mine had the old fashioned 1600 Xflow bored to 1700 with twin webbers. Seems many use the Vauxhall 16v now unless you go all out with a bike engine Is it that one in the pic or just a similar one ?

Seems many use the Vauxhall 16v now unless you go all out with a bike engine Is it that one in the pic or just a similar one ? The one in the pic is mine. I've had it for 11 years since I finished building it, best handling car I've ever driven Its the 3.5 Vitesse V8 at about 200bhp Way too much torque for a 650Kg rollerskate LOL Just got to rebuild it as I rushed it first time to avoid SVA. Its this summer's project, except all my time off is looking after kids so I can't get into the garage. Oh well, a longer term project

tDR
That's the most satisfying bit Yep - my final at USSC was against a respected Subaru tuner from up north (Aberdeen type North)..... which just made it so much more pleasureable beating an Impreza to take overall and not just RWD honours
