MaveriK Posted June 23, 2008 Share Posted June 23, 2008 Need help with weight transfer when accelerating hard ALWAYS keep the weight on the back foot until the coil you have generated presses you to transfer to the left peg. During this transition attempt to keep the hands and arms moving as one until the moment of impact. At this point weight should be even but moving through the stance, after impact complete your transition and swing through the shot while trying to follow through to the target. A high finish to complete your movement while transfering the weight back to the right so as not to fall over and look a burk.
