Konrad
I do belive in good old times, when car was used to DRIVE around, not to entertain yourself, when you should be DRIVING Anyway - just put some car PC with 7 inches screen and USB modem from any mobile network - TA DA! Pete
I've never really understood it. You can't use it on the move, the screen is hard to view if it's a DIN pop out one, if it's on the dash it's a thief's dream. Besides, what's the point when you have Internet on Phones nowadays? A friend has a carputer with mapping, MP3s and does the old war driving thing with GPS mapping of WiFi networks. He got quite bored once the novelty wore off though. That was it, apart from the fact that a supra isn't exactly the stealthiest car, being sat in a car outside someone's house while you surf......oh wait
