Robert
As previously mentioned......Pics and spec! Then you might get some takers:blink: what else do you want to know? its a TC like a picture is going to help and its stall rate is 3800, you can have 60bhp or 600bhp that does not effect how this is used or what the specs are. StuartW
As previously mentioned......Pics and spec! Then you might get some takers:blink: Please can we know how many rows the cooler has? What size is it? Where is it supposed to mount? Does it come with pipes and fittings? Mounting brackets? TC.. What HP was it built to take? What make is it? My std TC slips continually @ anything above 500hp on a single turbo.
absz
The oil cooler is no longer available hence the price reduction and edit. High stall is made by precision. 3800 stall, its pink in colour will get a picture up tonite:) the unit is not modified in any way. don't know what power rating these things are made for ? hadyn
Does this TC mount OK to the stock autobox? Do you have to do any other mods apart from trans fluid cooler with it fitted?
absz
Does this TC mount OK to the stock autobox? Do you have to do any other mods apart from trans fluid cooler with it fitted? nope just fits in to standard gearbox will will require a oil cooler and fresh oil. hadyn
and what are the advantages for say a BPU car? Quicker shifts etc?
paul mac
and what are the advantages for say a BPU car? Quicker shifts etc? a 3700 rpm stall on a bpu would be complete overkill, the high stall allows you to get the car in the power band for faster launchs and also when enduldging in some spirited overtaking, it has nothing to do with shift speed that is dictated by the auto box
hadyn
Will it help to get your 1/4 times down?
absz
it will help to get your 1/4 mile times down as you can launch the car at higher revs,as long as you have good grip or it will just wheel spin. The only numbers i can see on the unit is L
tDR
a 3700 rpm stall on a bpu would be complete overkill I like overkill Remember the transmission coolers to go with it though. I'm running 3 after managing to break a BL box when I just had 1. Cheers, Brian.
