he is cool, i had 2 leopard geckos, for about 10 years, one was mistreated when i got her, the previuos owner didn't know anything about looking after a gecko, and when it shead its skin they struggle to get all the old skin of their toes, so you have to bath the toes and peel it of, he didn't do this and its toes had fallen of.

would like some dragons, and a chamilion but need to talk the wife around, she didn't mind the geckos but doesn't like the look of the others:(

Has anyone got one of these amazing reptiles. I have had mine a couple of months now after the previous owner didnt look after him properly. He is called Enzo and is getting back to full health now that he is actually getting fed and being looked after properly.

Here he is:

Funny man! lol

Thats bad about the gecko's toes!!

The beardies struggle to shed on their tails so i just bath him twice a week and let him have a smiw which softens it to peel it off.

I would'nt get a chameleon as they are extremely hard to keep. You have to have perfect temps and humidity and they get stressed and die very quickly.

I feed Enzo a steady diet of crickets, and salad. He only has wax worms/mealworms and locusts for a treat now and again. The wax worms are an easy way to get him to eat sald because they wriggle around in the bowl and he grabs them along with the salad.

It was very amusing wathcin him eat for the first time, his tongue is huge. :p

I have a 4 foot iguana. I'm getting worried though now as he is still growing. He allready has a corner and a single wardrobe to him self in the spare room:blink:

Make sure you dont let him get hungry, because You'll wake up one morning and think its still night time, then when you try to walk out the room the door will be locked.... because your in his belly!! big reptile that mate!!
