Guest Tyler
Hi, Just picked up my n/a Supra on Friday after a year owning a Type R Impreza 2.2 stroker - 380bhp Went for a n/a due to the Fuel costs at the moment - However as we all know the modding bug is forever an itch that can never be completely scratched. Was introduced to this site by Dangerous Andy ( thanks for the point in the right direction mate) She runs on huge fat 20's with uprated unknown lowered suspension and to my surprise....Handles better than my scoob did !! Paint is Aston Martin Grey - with a few minor chips and scratches to take care and the front bumper needing a respray she is pretty much tiptop. On to the pics, And finally the car i disposed of.... SupraGirlie
Welcome I love those wheels. Would handle alot better on 18"s I am surprised you say a supra on 20's handles better than your Impreza..

jamesmark
Looks really nice. Went for a n/a due to the Fuel costs at the moment - However as we all know the modding bug is forever an itch that can never be completely scratched. There is not much in the way of mods for an N/A. You can get a few horses more out of it by doing the basics i.e. decat, manifold, exhaust. After that you have to go for NA-T conversion or NOS to get any noticeable power gains. She runs on huge fat 20's with uprated unknown lowered suspension and to my surprise....Handles better than my scoob did !! As already mentioned, wait till you go down to 18's the car will handle much better. I shudder to think of the stree the car is under running 20" rims. jonahjones26
hello! love the new car......are those lights tinted??? lee
Guest Tyler
Cheers for the welcome Yes the lights are tinted and they will be treated to some paint thinner !! As for mods, it will be a 6 speed manual and a complete 'built' engine running a single turbo running 600-700 which i have already looked into. That's not on the agenda for at least a year though. Handling wise - it just feels stuck to the road a lot more than my scoob...wider and lower stance, and more than likely due to the fact is on 285/25/20's on the back and 245/30/20's on the front
