Chris Wilson
Just paid for 8 grands worth of Nitron custom made triple adjustable race dampers for R34 GTR's in Sweden and Japan, looking forward to getting these, even if I won't be using them myself! Nothing like a bit of proper stuff Available for the MKIV too, for those that have deep pockets!

Pig
Blimy chris, can they really be worth that much? How would they compare to a tein setup for example?
Chris Wilson
No comparison at all 8K is for 3 sets, so £2666 a set. As dampers go the Nitrons are as good as they come before getting into the proper exotica. 3 way adjustable, too, so you get low speed bump adjustment, which is nice on heavy barges. SupraAyf
I'd want 4 nice ones myself... That's spooky, I was just about to say the same:cool:
bolarbag
£2666 a set Thats sounds a bit more realistic:innocent:, are these on par with penske and ohlins e.t.c?
Chris Wilson
I would say they were comparable with Swedish made Ohlins, not sure Penske do much in the way of road car dampers. I have Penske on the Toyota engined Zeus, and they are superb, with great service and spares back up, and a good technical department. One of the few damper makers that issue worthwhile technical manuals with their products, too.

Glad to see you didn't spend the money I sent down the pub Really I hope I can get them on the "barge" before the 5th so I can get some feedback from Sunako-san. By coincidence the guy in Sweden also has an event on the 5th too.... Thanks again for the discount Chris, and the Eibach spring upgrade:thumbs:
Nick
8k for suspension!!! LOL damn man. thats sum serious money. way too much!!!! Guess it depends if you like to drive the car Remember that's for 3 kits. When I look at some of the crap that people spend their money on... cheap turbo kits that fall apart, lambo doors, huge heavy wheels, badly fitting body kits, so called "lightweight" carbon parts. I don't see the point of it all, rather spend the money on something decent.
