Im geting the wheels for 600 quid (which are devil rivieras not trafficstars) and kit for 650 consisting of replica arches front bumper and side skirts and doing the work myself.i ordered all last week and my bill with the materials for fitting was 1560 quid

I should have said will look like, and will not be exactly like apologies guys

so nothing like then really.

Ibrars front was a one off, as was his bonnet custom. Also vented wings... you dont even mention the wing or rear bumper. His was blended and completely resprayed.

Wheels will need to be 12" at the rear, my tyres were approx £350 per corner for wheels that big.

well you have just fallen at the first hurdle. think about it. Wider arches need wider wheels.

9.5 / 10 inch front

12 inch rear

Ibrars rear bumper actually only was blended spats and as above Matt I said something like Ibrars and not the same. And his front is a pro aero front bumper with blended veilside arches, not a one off, very easily achieved with some time and patience blending all in.i dont like the wings or bonnet being cut so im keeping them stock

sorry to cause any confusion

what about the wheels?

With a bit of luck you will get the kind of finish that this plank is going for on his home grown project. Have you purchased the expandable foam yet?

painting and fitting for £1500 is going to be a hash of a job mate I paid £1200 for just my kit to be sprayed (i fitted the kit) and then for the car to be mopped and polished. This was through a friend of the family with a large discout.

Buy Cheap, pay twice

what about the wheels?

I wasnt aware Matt that the wheels were so wide so might look into getting bigger fitments or else getting titanium long length bolts for the hubs from my local specialist mechanic, who recently did something to give wide wheel effect on my mates 200sx

Micra Micra

Forsale Forsale!!

Mate, i'd let it go.

This is a supra forum. People are not going to be down grading to a bloomin micra with more chav appeal than a mcdonalds car park.

You want to try and sell on this forum:L

You need bigger wheels or it will be a death trap I for one wouldnt want to be behind it!

You do realise that replica parts may need a shed load of re fiberglasing, cuttingm fliling and filling don't you?

ill have a look at the wheel issue, thanks daston

yes im aware of all this daston.my friend does bodywork for full time job and ive been helping him with his car and few of our friends cars for quite sometime now and he reckons with time and patience we can get a real good job done on my car

You cant take into the account the price of fitting and labour into all this when selling. If someone took the notion they wanted to do a micra up like this with my spec,it still comes in a grand and a half(all but 20quid) cheaper then yours mate

I would point out most of the above prices are from ebay but still more than good enough

I just bought my second NA supra for under 3k and this is how it looks now and for the extra grand and a half im putting into it,how she'll look in 2months

Before

http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn227/herbaldinho/newsupra3.jpg

After

http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn227/herbaldinho/savagesupra.jpg

Another car for 4500 which is a hell of a lot nicer than your micra.I'm not saying in anyway man that your cars worthless,im just clearly pointing out, anybody in a half sane state of mind would not pay 4500 when they could have something soooooooo much nicer for the same money, and especially not anyone on here

Realistically mate, that fella that offered you 3k,you should have had his arm off for the money

However, best of luck in getting shot of her,but please dont destroy your supra
