Benyon
What kind of problems would i have if the rear bottom Stabilizer bushes had gone on each side??
bignum
You would probably get a knock/rattle when going over small bumps in the road, allthough there are other things that can cause this symptom.
Benyon
I am getting a knock over bumps, might be the top suspension bushes then, I ordered them but toyota gave me the Stabilizer bushes instead but i thought i may as well fit them for the price i paid, turns out they was wrong too. bignum
The top wishbone bushes are prone to wear which will also cause the knocking noises.
Benyon
Ive just been quoted £81 each from toyota for the rear top suspension rubbers is that how much they are? its only a bit of god damn rubber.
bignum
I doubt it will be the top mounts being the problem.
Benyon
Why?
Chris Wilson
Because, even on cars with up to 330,000 miles on them I have never had a knocking stock top mount. There's nothing in them to knock, actually.
Benyon
I thought evan if theres a midge's dick size gap it would cause knocking this is what the mech said.

Benyon
If the rubber was worn the the shocker would be able to move slightly.
