erol_h
I was looking at a R33 GTR i got a quote from A.F as im already insured with them they told me 1300 with mods i was pleased. I found a great example good price ring them up again to add rest of mods and get a final price. I wait 20minutes on the fone then they come back with some sh*t that the person you spoke to before made a mistake the premuim will be £3700. I was like WTF are you lot on about they said the other person you spoke to gave you a discount they were not suppoused to what utter Bullsh*t. This is not the first time they have done this to me also a friend of mine had a mr2 last year got a quote from them for a standard mr2. A week later he found the car he wanted told them about mods which they accepted and said premuim wouldnt rise. He bought the car the next day went to insure they wouldnt except the mods chatting sh*t again. He lied insured the car standard. After two months he decided to do the right thing and declare mods they accepted the mods and didnt even rise the premuim wtf are these lot playing at. I would of been soo p*ssed of if i had bought the car then they go back on there word what kind of a company do these lot run and then they have the cheek to chat sh*t to us about we made a mistake not acceptable at all i will definetly not be renewing my policy when it runs out Rant over. SILKYSMOOTH
I was with them 2 years ago, and got my BMW insured with them and declared all the mods. When I had to make a claim they tried to make out I did not declare them. A bit of a battle but I ended up getting what I should have and made them pay compensation too for the trouble by only making me pay 50% of the excess on the policy. So in the end Okay but they did have a cheek to try it on.
erol_h
It doesnt surprise me at all that others are getting the same poor quality of service its just disgraceful. How can you make a £2000 mistake wtf and what kind of discount were they giving me? Im definetly looking around next year even if it costs me more i still wount go back to them. I had a accident last year in october and its taken them untill the end of may to send over the witness reports and other information what the hell are they playing at. The only good thing i got from them was a cheap insurance followed by cheap service.
bigcol
i was with these rip off merchants early last year and the problems i had trying to cancel my policy was unreal, they actually tried to threaten me with legal action they wanted me to pay £180 more than the policy to cancel it MUPPETS THE LOT OF EM Nice birds though:d
n boost
I just bought a r33 gtr and had a qoute from them which ws expensive anyway but yes they made me hold for 15-20 minutes as well. I went with A-plan as they offered the best qoute on a gtr and were over £700 cheaper.
MisterSheen
Best thing I did with Adrian Flux was to leave them after my first year of insurance with the Supra - utter morons to deal with!

However unlike most promotional girls who are hired from model agencies, we all work for the company in various roles, including renewals, customer service, underwriting and marketing. Plus we are all gorgeous! On this website you can read all about the various Flux Babes, see hundreds of our pictures from various shows and photoshoots, watch our video and download our screensaver!" AlexM
I haven't had a problem with them yet, though they do keep putting 'imported: no' on my insurance documents when the model is import only (and they acknowledge so on the phone). I only arranged my first policy with them six months ago, and the guy I spoke to then knew his stuff, the one I did my other policy with last week was a muppet and knew nothing . I look forward to using Sky when I go past 25, little while to go yet though .
erol_h
I just filled out there customer survey form noting everything that i am not happy with and also noting that they have waisted my time and money as i did go and view an r33 6omiles away. Lets see what they gotta say for themselves.
supraGZaerotop
ive been with adrian flux in the past and very expensive, i think they will insure the younger drivers that others wont but charge mega bucks for it, think i paid like £1500 years ago for my old xr2i,
erol_h
there premuim was the cheapest by far its just there quality of service that p*ssed me off and them going back on there word.
jimwire
I've been insured with adrian flux for the past 2 years and not had a problem so far. Sky seemed to know their stuff but I never got the promised call back from them with a quote after being on the phone to them 3 times. This was for a standard TT as well. TurboBrett
im insured with them at the minute, before buying the supe got good quote, cheapest by atleast a grand (20y/o) fully comp the lot, when it came to (after buying the supra) they removed the fully comp part due to my age but refused to lower the overall insurance price, hopefully sky will be good this time round:D
