RobSheffield
Braided hoses, Motul RBF600 fluid and CW fast road pads. Perhaps new stock discs

redtwinturbo
This will give a good improvement and won't break the bank too much

Scooter
I would initially just fit some decent pads. Keep the stock disks, and i'd even stay with the stock hoses unless you still don't like the feel/bite after the pad upgrade.

Shilakadaddy
I'd like some braided hoses and a master cylinder brace to try give my UK's a little more bite. Standard disks with either Chris Wilson or Endless pads seems like a good setup though.
bolarbag
master cylinder brace also I think this is one of these mods along with strut braces e.t.c that people expect to see now they dont really make a difference Save your cash, if you must have a front strut brace, get the Carbing it has master cylinder brace already If you wanted to go BBK your looking at approx £3800 in parts alone, not worth it for a daily
redtwinturbo
ok thanks what pads would you recommend? As Rob mentioned earlier, Chris Wilson Fast Road Pads are highly recommended by many users.
FuR
As Rob mentioned earlier, Chris Wilson Fast Road Pads are highly recommended by many users. i take it he can pop them in the post as its a long way for me to go?
Luxluc
I have put Brembo slotted discs front and rear with Hawk pads allround ... I felt a nice difference in brake power ... combined with braided lines and the right oil Total costs : approx 450 £
Scooter
ok thanks what pads would you recommend? personally i'd recommend Chris Wilson RACE pads for performance. But the dust can be a problem for 'bling' wheels. I decided to try a pad that would survive the track as well as normal driving and love the bite of them. Many go for the Fast Road as they are better than stock but don't cost much more. Endless, Carbotech(?) and Hawk i've heard people being impressed by too. Luxluc
Hawk pads give very low dust ... compared to more track oriented ones (portefield, ...)
Nic
I think this is one of these mods along with strut braces e.t.c that people expect to see now they dont really make a difference It definitely makes a difference to pedal feel, there can be quite a bit of flex in the master cylinder without one. Endless CC-X carbon composite pads would be my choice. http://endlessusa.com/main/wp-content/plugins/wp-shopping-cart/product_images/1188189330.13492000photo.jpg

My lines turned up today Chris, thanks again - extra bonus that they are clear coated as well, never knew that.
