spiderpigcity
i have installed the hks dli no probs from the link on this site. however i am trying to install the resistor pack onto my j spec tt. i am having trouble identifying the wires. my injector wires are orange and black. I have 5 of the injectors all wire to one common orange and black in the loom on the fire wall. however i still have three orange and black wires left in the loom, one of which splits of into another 3 orange and black wires. i am wondering if the conversion has already been done but i cant find the resistor pack anywhere on the car. i have taken photos of the loom on the firewall on the passenger side. i would be greatfull for any help. there are 5 black and orange wires crimped into 1 black and orange wire. is this normal? Yes, its normal to have 5 wires connected to 1 wire. crazy i know.

spiderpigcity
i just disconnected all the plugs done it, in the end i had 4 black and orange wires crimped onto 1 black and orange wire. there was a larger black and orange wire and then there was 3 more individual orange and black wires the larger black and orange wire is not used. 2 out of the 3 individual orange and black wires are used, the other is not used. then i cut the 4 orange and black wires where they joined the single orange and black wire. i connected the single orange and black wire to the other 2 out of the 3 mentioed earlier and then joined them all to the white cable on the resistor pack. the other 2 out of the 3, and the 4 orange and black wires that were left gave me a total of 6 wires. i then connected the 6 wires individually to the black wires coming from the resistor pack.
