RedM
It looks like one of those Z roadsters but has an on-the-fly, movable frame covered in what looks like neoprene. Watch this vid http://www.bmw-web.tv/en/video/gbiXGRR/BMW%20GINA%20Light%20Visionary%20Model%3A%20Premiere and keep your eyes peeled for moving wheel arches and some scary headlight action near the end. Gaz6002
I think maybe that has some very interesting implications for the future. Maybe. Or possibly it's just a gimmick. I'll remain undecided for now.
jim_supra
Wow, that's very cool, although the headlight blinking is a bit freaky.
Scott
Gimmick, i can't see that being useable. At anything over 10mph the wind would blow it inwards and it would look stupid.
RiceRocket
but can't see it being practical....
Havard
"OMG I just came back to my car and someone has slashed my bonnet to steal the engine" But a nice idea all the same. Exactly what I thought..... Shame as it looks a beautiful piece of machinery..... I suppose BMW have capabilities to design a fly and penis defence where the car unzips itself and pees on you if you are carrying a stanley knife!! H.
