Scott
hmmm, we may be getting somewhere though. Definitely seems like a DNS problem now. First of all who is your internet provider? What kind of router do you have? What kind of modem? Have you tried turning off your modem for 10 seconds or so and turning it back on?
marbleapple
BT. I have the standard BT wireless router. As for modem... I think it is built into my computer (?)
Scott
Nah its built into your router as far as i know. I haven't dealt with BT stuff though so you will have to wait on someone else coming along lol. I'm guessing your router is plugged into the phoneline somehow? The modem will most likely be internal in the router. Just unplug the router. Basically you want to refresh the DNS server but i don't know the addresses, passwords, info, etc to help you do this on BT. You will still need to get the other bits and bobs sorted out though (3 errors on scan)
marbleapple
Cool. Thanks for the help... at least it's a place to start. I turn the router off quitew often (so I get work done) so I might just get onto BT and have a moan at them
