It has no head as such. the cam carriers are the block too, so to set the clearances you have to let the pistons out of the bores. PITA job that was, but another school day in the motor game.. Have you taken the box apart to see whats gone pop? could be something really easy? If not you may be able to get just the bits you need from daimler/jag direct.
