The axel codes and lsd code is doing my nut in at the mo, Im trying to work out if I have the correct dif for the dif in my car.

Axel code

Trying to work out if I have the correct trd lsd and what sort of diff case I have? can some one tell me from the above axel code what it is.

Axel code - A34OE A02B

From what I can work out as the car used to be an auto tt I will need 41301-JS402 TRD LSD as it will have a smaller case

The trd diff I have bought was bought for a supra that was origionally a 6 speed but when fitting he was told it was the wrong type, on the box I have 41301-JA800 TRD is there any markings on the diff to work out what it is just wondering if its been boxed up wrong??

Just been out side had a look under the car it has cooling fins on the main case and the back plate

thanks

Left is the larger fitted to the early model 6spd TT dif, on the right is the smaller diff used on all other Supra models including the late model 6spd TT.

thanks Nic my dif is the grey one in the pics as it has the cooling fins, doers this mean its a large case or do they make large and small cases in this style

That is the smaller of the 2 diff cases, 41301-JS402 TRD LSD is the one you need.

Nic, are you sure about that? My early model 6spd had the smaller (grey) one. It was a B02B code if that helps

99.9% sure, discussed with Terry in the past and he said the same. If yours was B02B code, it should be the larger casing with the offset rear axles.

The black one is only black because it is brand new.
