I got my lights refurbed by Jon, they were not that yellow, the came back in as new condition. However after 3 months back on the car the plastic was turning yellow again. jackso11
No idea why they go yellow. My car has J-spec lights, crystal clear and have been since I got the car. No special cleaning ever, on a '95 plate.

fruity_south
iv been told its only the j-spec, due to the type of plastic, english spec lights are made of something different so wont fade.

That's right, but they usually don't go yellow for a very long time. Porches etc all have plastic headlights.
Scott
They are FACELIFT STYLE not FACELIFT ! In other words the chrome rings have been painted as well. For facelift style you mask up the rings so that when you are finished painting they will appear to have chrome rings. No need to go all Caps on us, we know what they are and what they are not. Whoever done the lights didn't really understand the facelifting concept. like mine.. If you excuse the fact i have angel eyes on them you can see that i left the rings chrome and painted the rest. £100 isn't a bad price though, especially for clean ones, so they should sell no problem.
