J-spec Tt First De-cat

I have a J-spec tt 3inch first de-cat for sale and im looking for £35 + delivery.

 

Its cheap because it looks a little rough and home-made but fits the standard bolt patter perfect and was running on my 96 tt at 1.0bar in BPU trim.

 

Im selling it because i managed to buy a new de-cat and am fitting that this wednesday.

 

Pics should show you guys what i meant about the rough edges.

No offence taken Mikey, im just one of those freaky people who like to have everything perfect whether its visable or not, Silly i know but thats just the way i am.

 

plus i got a decent offer when i bought my new one so i thought why not. And since i am never going Single i dont see why i cant give my Supe the best or BPU ;)

hi mate just received the decat pipe, :D looks soo good? why you sell it too me:rolleyes: nothing an angle grinder + dremel cant fix(neaten up), however one end has 3 bolt holes, now i know the uk's have 3 holes but in an equilateral triangle layout where as this is 2 opposite and one 'above' it deffinately fits a j-spec doesnt it?

Ohhhh this is interesting, as far as i know i still have standard j-spec turbo, god i hope my new de-cat is the right one then. let me know matey :)

been looking around at pics and this is a uk spec decat ahh well, the first cat on my supe has a j-spec flange on (obviously lol) so ill just swap the flange over:) i hope its just the flange thats different:search: have you not replced this decat on yours yet? if you have bought a j-spec 1st decat, dont think it will fit:p

Holy heck, Now im screwed too lol. i always thought i was running standard turbo (J-SPEC) not UK turbo's.

 

I made sure that your decat was properly wrapped lol sorry im strange. Ithink i got carried away a little but i guess it was for the best.

 

Let me know of any other problems and i will help in any way i can :)

ahh i thought it was 2 for the j-spec 3 for the uk-spec...well we will find out saturday:D

 

Its 3 at the turbo end and 2 at the 2nd cat end as far as i remember.

 

Yep, i've got both UK & J-spec decats in my garage. Both have 3 holes where they connect to the turbo but the uk's are further apart... I'm pretty sure you've got a j-spec decat there ;)

Well i just fitted my new de-cat today and it fitted straight on. So im guessing that this must be the Jap spec decat mate :)

yeah well i will be making a 6 mile spirited drive up to my dads after work tomorow, my mid pipe needs abit of welding, so ill give it ago then might not be able to fit it tomorow tho, need to knock up a restrictor ring :) i have left you some feedback aswell;)
