paul mac
as a user of said box and hi-stall i cant recomend them enough and as this was a proven runner it should not suffer any unreliability issues, mine is a daily driver, if you like your auto but want it a little more aggresive nothing will out shift a built auto, unless you come up against something pretty special you wont loose another traffic light grand prix
flyby
I try to be a wiser man on this, so i found this... http://www.hardtail.com/techtips/selectingconverter.html I use the car for daily driving, and my RPM is normal from 2000-3000 rpm when going 60-80 miles on the high way. As I understand it, with a high stall converter, it is gonna slip alot(is because the converter is slipping all of the time, absorbing power and passing it along as heat to the rest of the transmission.), so my rpm will go up and gets horrendous fuel economy. Cores the higher RPM for the same speed. When driving as today. But a raceday ill get the full torque from my twin turbo engine. Im I wrong?? mrdsukautos
you can use a lower rated TC say a 3200 stall

Im I wrong?? at normal cruise speed say 70-80 mph there is not difference to revs or fuel consumption
