i done mine twice and they still steam up not as bad as they did but im baffled as i used that tiger black sealer on the seam of the light then once it was together and dry i put an extra layer over the outside and made sure it was smoothed in with no gaps and it still steams im ready for putting them in the bin :(

where did u add the sealant? Around the outside of the light, at the point the clear bit seals with the plastic, or did you take the light apart again and add it right in the join?

What it was is i scraped out alot of the sealer on the one that misted up and forgot to put more back  Imagine the headlight has a vally where the lens pushes in. Thats where i put the sealer

try this tip -get some kitchen cling film and wrap the rear of the bulb areas tightly - it works for me after months of my drivers side light being cloudy after refurb its now OK - do both main holders if you like -cheap and easy
