Overseas E-Bay buyer - What to do?

I recently had these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=110256158673&ssPageName=STRK:MESO:IT&ih=001

up for sale with the caveat 'UK buyers only' with Royal Mail as the delivery option to the UK.

Despite this some French bloke has bid and won. Regardless of whether he offers to cover the cost of postage I don't want to sell him the item because as far as I'm concerned it's too much hassle, with far less comeback and he's taking the p*ss. If he'd contacted me beforehand then I'd probably been ok.

Is there a way to kick this guy into touch and offer it to the next highest bidder via second chance?

You can still sell to me and not have the hassle;)

You can now cancel the auction because he is overseas

Check to see if he actually is in France. Last week I sold my wheels and the guy was from Germany, but it turned out he is actually living in Bristol at the moment and came and picked them up today with no problems.

Simply relist it but add him to your blocked list.

ALSO

On the seller manager page just follow the non paying bidder process through to completion (refund any payment he makes).

There is an option on Turbolister to prevent certain bidders from bidding. If you don't use Turbolister I suggest you do.

I don't understand why it would be any more hassle? Tell him he needs to pay extra for postage, get him to Pay Pal you the extra, then go to the post office and send. It would seem a lot easier than re-listing.

ps. Is it this guy? http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=151254

Mainly to do with chasing someone abroad if someone pulls a fast one. However, the buyer has contacted me and so far things seem ok.

Don't know if it's the same bloke as the link, but seems too co-incidental.
