Glad to say, no it isn't. However; looks like a tiny bit of 'cack' has found it's way into the paint. Really hard to see it on the dash, the photo seems to show it up more. The kit also included the small strips of lights where the airbag and seat belt lights are (you know what I mean) so it looks really good.
