tooquicktostop
I have just purchased a spare set of WED SA70's Black chrome and will be using them for drag/track/dyno this year, I will either bring them in the car if not road legal or use them just for the day to and from the track/strip, what would be the best choice of tyre?, they have Toyo 888's on them now, the size is 18 x 10.0J at the rear and 9J at the front
JamieP
The 888's are one of the best all round tyre you will get in 18" id say, for drag you would be better off getting a pair of stock rear wheels and fitting some mt streets that way you dont have to mess around changing tyres at the pod. I have a set of stock 16's as well so perhaps just some MT streets on those will do it?, who sells these in the UK

bignum
I picked up some dunlop formula r`s for the right money, cracking tyre and not as soft as 888`s so wear much better.
