replacing rear crank shaft oil seal

Can someone outline the best way to do this. The gearbox will have to come out id have thought.Any other hints and tips guys.

 

Also can I buy an uprated seal to ensure it doesnt go again.

Has anyone an idea of how long it should take to change this, i.e job from start to finish.

 

 

 

Depends how good you are with the spanners, normally gearbox in and out takes me just under 2.5 hours so i will say 3hours max:p

 

(in workshop with two poster lift)
