Saw you parked up outside jessops bodyshop whilst i was getting a tyre fitted to the zafira next door. I was up North visting my parents in Middlestown, but wasnt in the supe. Looked a nice car, trial rear blended in, TRD wing ?. Also, had twin exit rear pipes which looked the business. Not sure how those are fitted, i thought the petrol tank was on one side which stopped us having one pipe on either side of the supe, but this one had it, and it looked good.

That's me mate, just getting my rear arches re-done ready for a respray - yep, trail rear looks good blended in but still issues with the front end etc to be sorted. Twin pipes aren't as difficult as you might think, split them after 2nd decat & run one under the tank. Funnily enough, I was playing a video arcade racing game last night driving a supe which had twin flaming exhaust pipes - always loved these since the days of the 3 ltr Capris lol ;)

Next time im up in the supe i will let you know and we could meet up.

I noticed the 285s at the back. Have you had any troubles with rubbing ? or is that why you were getting the arches done ?

I have 295s on mine at the rear but i had to get the arches rolled to fit them, and its still a very very close fit.

Yep, we should definitely meet up, just let me know OK ? The 285s did fit fine after I got the arches rolled. But you obviously haven't noticed that the car has been widened 2 & 1/2 inches each side at the back. Now the 285s fit with 30 mm spacers - this is the next job on the list - to get some proper size wheels made up to fit without the spacers.

Just got the car back from Jessops, they've made a really good job on the arches. What happened was when the car was widened, the arches were left horizontal rather than rounded - £240 well spent to get those sorted I think
