cheekymonkey
Woo! Not long to go now, and I just realised I grew up very close to this circuit in Cowbridge. What are people doing about fuel? Is there a v-power nearby? I had to cut short my last castle combe day due to lack of fuel

Chris Wilson
I used to get 4 spare wheels and tyres and 75 litres of fuel in my old MKIV, no problem, plus a small trolley jack and small tool kit, so two or three 25 litre drums of SU shouldn't be a problem, even with a passenger
cheekymonkey
Chris that's crazy I've done 4 spare wheels and tools, that was without a passenger. No idea where the fuel would have gone I plan to buy 2 x 20l jerry cans this weekend which should be enough to get me out of trouble. My first trip to castle combe I managed 7 sessions on a tank, last time only 5. No additional mods on the car, I must just have been driving harder.
