attilauk
My rears are starting to get a little low on tread and i was wondering what the current favourite tyres are? i have searched and it seems like Eagle F1's come very highly rated. i currently have Avon ZZ1's on the back of the car and after reading some of the comments people have made im quite confused, ok its a bit of a chuckle in the wet but in the dry i cant fault them especially as i have done some very hard track driving on them and they performed superbly. i dont really want to spend massive amounts on tyres that will grip like hell but will be totalled after 5000 miles or one spirited trackday so any advice will be very greatfully recieved. kghelmet
i`m told the goodyear f1`s have been replaced and at the time i couldn`t get the same pattern for the front and back. i`ve got the new toyo t1rs and loads of people seem to rate them over the old toyo`s. SilverMachine
Attilauk, long time no speak! How are you keeping? I'm told Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 tyres are a good second place against the F1's! Cheaper anyhow. Gaz
Scooter
Goodyear F1's, have the best grip, wear rate, price combo i've found. not sure how they fair on trackday type abuse though......
