boot release - how to? :(

I'm getting low on petrol and might need to fill up soon, can anyone help me find the petrol flap release lever? If only that were as easy to find as the boot release!

 

I'm sure you can use a key.... to prize the flap open mate thats what i do :innocent:

Ah OK thanks! I thought there might be some easier way to do it, you know, like with the boot release?

 

 

Would it be foolish to apply the same blue-sky thinking in your approach to the rear-cargo door release mechanism conudrum?

 

Please tell me to mind my own business etc...
