adi2009
My car is a T61 single turbo, running 650cc Power Enterprise injectors. My problem is that a lot of times my car just doesnt start for ages, it gets too rich. My global injector scaling on the EMU is set to compensate for the 650cc and 0.9 lag time. Do I have to pull out fuel in the idle range??? What lag times are people with this PE injector running??? Cheers adi
Tricky-Ricky
Hi adi, further to my PM having only just seen this, as i said about the EMU management of lag times being not to clever, on my set up with global adjustment set, i still needed to pull some fuelling in idle and low RPM areas, via the airflow map, i normally don't use this map, as it has an effect on timing, but in these areas its not a problem, so you may need to try this. adi2009
Thanks mate! can you not pull fuel on the I/J map at closed loop?
Alex
Yes you can pull fueling during closed loop.
Tricky-Ricky
Thanks mate! can you not pull fuel on the I/J map at closed loop? Yes you can, but in my experience, by making larger adjustments via the airflow map at lower closed loop settings, the STD ECU does not tend to fight it so much.
