Don`t know if anyone else has this but i knew i`d seen a clip of a Supra in one of my old car videos so i`ve just been through them all. On the above mentioned video there is a clip of a black UK Supra at night coming up out the floor on a platform. It shows the interior as they put the front spoiler down and then of the outside again as it is shrouded in smoke. Unfortunately they have stuck neons to it so it glows in the smoke and dark. It then drives a few yards, it is only a short clip as Clarkson goes on to say " that although the Supra is a `super` car, it isn`t a Supercar " so they feature an NSX instead. Bizzarely the video is from 1994 but the plate has the M turned upside down so it is a "W" reg.

Does anyone else know of any videos of the period (93-96) that report upon the Supra?

Yep , this is the start of the original film of the Supra on Top Gear, but there was no mention of a NSX. I think Tiff Needell did a full test on the car. I can still remember wishing I had one .

Back in the days when Clarkson had a moo-let So dumb. What makes a Supercar = impractical, fast, exceedingly expensive and not mass produced like the degree to which the Supra was. To me its a Jap Supercar.
