Nice looking 911 on pistonheads

Not my cuppa I'm afraid.

Very wrong colour. Needs a proper roof. And it's a Targa rather than the nicer Carrera shape.

 

I don't claim to know owt about 911s but when I see one like that it just says "couldn't afford a nice one" to me.

 

(This probably where the porkerarti tell me that pink targas with medallion-man roofs are the one to have. :D)

Not sure about the 911 (964) turbo version....

 

I had a run with 993 turbo in my supra and they were quite even from 50 - 120ish :)

 

Turbo maybe, never driven one but they had an awesome reputation, the 3.2 is no turbo however :D

 

They do have a smooth power delivery and drive very well, they are a bit of a handfull in the wet, good starting point for my TT rear wheel drive training :)

Yep, the pink one with targa and black leather was mine, as is still my favourite..........

 

goes off to add another splash of Brut and undo another shirt button :D
